Over analysis

Mind always keeps thinking, as mentioned in one of the blogs before, it is always good to provide spiritual sense object to the mind to think on. However, over thinking causes over analyzing of the problem.

Since future is not known to any one of us, we keep thinking about a problem and the outcome, there are many what-if analysis that comes in the picture and we just keep on thinking on them.

To deal with this problem, it is important to decide with the heart rather than brain, it is essential to relax the brain and analyse the situation with the heart, trust the instinct and believe in God and let the life flow.

Dealing with tough times

Life is mix of ups and downs, the particular characteristics of hard times is that it impacts are consciousness and ability to think and make right decisions.

Most of the times, in a moment of stress, we loss our ability to think, our mind goes blank and body losses strength to do anything. What should be done in such scenario?

When the mind goes blank and there is darkness all around us, it is always suggested to remember God. chant the God's name and make it a practice such that in time of crisis, the name of God comes to the heart, which would lead to the light and show us the way out of the problem.

The fact, truth and courage

One should always speak truth and stick to the facts. However, is it easy to speak truth all the time? for answering this, it is important to consider what is truth? Telling something that had already happened? or what one know of?

So, stating of facts can be considered as a truth but is it possible to state facts all the time, when speaking of facts, human mind faces many challenge, considering what others will perceive about the facts? what would be the emotional state of others involved in the conversation.

For tackling this situation, courage is required, for admitting of mistake courage is required, for stating of facts courage is required. Hence, it is not possible to state truth without courage and in some situations lot of courage is needed to speak the truth.

Choice of best

Life is always a transition from good to better to the best, however, what defines best? What are the characteristics of the best?

For answering this, it is very important to see how nature perceives the best, we see many seasons in the year, usually, summer and winter are the seasons with most number of days, whereas monsoon is the season with least number of days.

Does summer or winter are the best seasons? Yes, it may be based on the individual preferences, however, nature chooses monsoon as the best season, as monsoon brings the rain and rain leads to life, most of the crops and life forms are result of the rain.

Hence, nature provides us the reference of choosing the best, hence while evaluating the best, always look to nature for the answers.

Difficult Decisions

In the life of human, we are faced with situations to make decisions, some decisions are easy e.g. what should I eat for next meal? or what should I be wearing tomorrow? On the contrary, some decisions are difficult, the difficult decisions cause fight in our mind and confuse us on what is the right way.

The right decision, is never an easy one, e.g. should I choose my duties towards righteousness over love. The love is like a moon, it gives us comfort, however, it comes with darkness but duties are like sun, which leads to light, light for individual and light for all.

Since consideration of decisions causes battle inside human mind, the battlefield is not an appropriate place to take the decision. Hence, it is important to calm the mind. The calm mind, can help in making the right decision.
